Hospitality and customer service at Makati Diamond Residences was efficient, helpful, and made our stay extremely enjoyable. Housekeeping was attentive and multiple team members checked in and were accommodating to our requests. The Club Lounge access also stood out, as the bartenders at cocktail hour were pleasant to interact with and the food was consistently tasty and varied each day. Overall we would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend staying here to anyone who wants a luxuriously comfortable stay in Manila.
