No towels, when i ask a crew to bring me some water and didnt come back, i see some cockroach, room doest get so cold, shower doesn’t get warm, no cable, poor wifi connection.

DOT-BOQ - Please get your acts together!

The challenge was getting accurate information from DOT-BOQ and what they indicated as accredited establishments (on their website). The originally booked hotel was not there (not in their dropdown) and this was so we went ahead with this but then THIS hotel was not there. We ended up in a totally different location - the hotel DID help us arrange for this (no small feat) and ended up with an okay stay and accommodation. The place was "value for money", but was clean and had very friendly, accommodating, and responsive staff.

Enough Board Exam Staycation

The hotel has adequate facilities for our need. We stayed for more than a week during my sister’s PLE. We never ran out of food as the place is surrounded with shops. We were comfortable enough and my sister got enough rest for the exams.

There was an email confirmation sent to me but when I got to the hotel, they just told me that I'm not booked on their place and that there is no available rooms in their place. How sad 😞
