The only issue that I had was with the breakfast. It’s a buffet style breakfast that is wonderful for a Filipino or Asian. But for an American it sucked.

This is a never go back. The location was bad, you had to cross an 8 lane highway if you wanted to go anywhere. Manila traffic is terrible, stoplights are only a suggestion.

Excellent Customer Service but the property needs to be repainted. Repairs the fixtures and the furnitures is worn out inside the room. The pool tiles are chipping. Needs total renovation.

The surroundings are clean and staff are very welcoming. It is also close to the US Embassy, St. Lukes clinic and at you can stroll at the park nearby. All in all I would recommend this hotel and will be back.
