Lovely hotel, room was spotless and very spacious for its price. Although not a buffet breakfast they’ll bring the food to your rooms convenience or packed to go. Brilliant access too to GH shopping mall and very convenient proximity to restaurants, pharmacy and 24hr mini mart. Definitely recommended.

Very, very bad lingering odor in room. Doesn’t help to keep balcony doors open. Ugh. Cold water only in bathroom sink. Shower water temperature is tepid. Restaurant not inhouse. Had to walk over to mall for included breakfast.

Staff and security were great! Access to the greenhills mall is convenient. Location to all shops and restos superb! Arrived and efficient security guards greeted us. Reception desk was unmanned. Waited 5 minutes to register. No coffee shop. Thats a shame. No laundry service. Another negative. Room was clean. Bed mattress, linen and pillows are very satisfactory. Kitchenette definitely assisted in making our stay pleasant. Strong sewerage smell emanating from the bathroom.

Checked in and the pillow had stains. The place mat had black wet stains as if someone had just checked out and they didn’t even bother to change the mats. Fridge was also turned off, not sure why. Besides the accessibility to the mall, there’s really no reason why anyone should check into this hotel. You can tell the housekeeping is done at a bare minimum.
