I booked 5 rooms myself and directed family and friends there. No one told us the Elevator was out for a week! I had to move 2 over 80s ladies, but got no help. Had to be a royal pain to get help. Still got heckled by the rest at the wedding. Ruined the vibe!. Ruined the vibe! Luckily I made a joke of it during the toast and it worked. But shame on you all for not being proactive and acting like there was nothing you could do. Walk up the stairs 89 year old grandma. I am not talking about the staff they did wonders, once I stood firm. I am talking to the manager and owner. Shameful.

The staff, Nicholas and Lindsay and Ashton, were very kind and helpful. The parking lot in the back needed some trash collection as we stayed for five nights and noticed that paper and cups were not picked up. But that was our only suggestion.

Checking in was amazing. Nikolas was so accommodating. The room Did have a weird smell. Almost chemical but everything else was fine. It wa Late So we did not bring it to anyone’s attentions but the room across from us has the same issue. Breakfast was also great.

Loved our stay at the Boardwalk inn. The hotel was nice, and pretty clean. Our room was comfortable and pleasant, though there were a few stains on the carpet, and a little mold on the tub. The balcony was nice and faced the boardwalk, it was a little small but overall enjoyable. The staff was super friendly, and front desk staff was really nice and polite. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay, and plan to stay again when we visit.
