I found the front desk staff abrasive. We asked housekeepers for a sheet for pull out bed and they said they needed to contact front desk and ask permission. Housekeeper was very polite. When I went down to ask, I was told they text me. I did not receive a text and she rudely said I did. If we wanted a sheet it would be 60 dollars extra a night. (My husband snore so occasionally one of us moves to sofa). Other issues include dirty dishes in cabinet. When we asked for concierge service and were told no but if we thought of something we could ask and then said go to the visitor center. I honestly felt as if this property would try to swindle extra money so for the first time in my life I took a video our room upon leaving. Staff unhelpful and abrupt. There are a lot of properties on Hastings and I would not return especially being American too rude.

Superb location and really nice well appointed rooms. Staff were very friendly. We booked a beachfront room. It also had an expansive outdoor terrace you accessed from inside the room. Well located at National Park end of Hastings St (next to Surf Club) Would stay again if pricing was right. It was very expensive for the 2 nights we stayed but I think it was because something was on in Noosa that weekend (not entirely sure)

One of the best locations in Noosa with the combined convenience of being proximal to all the Hastings St amenities, as well as having prime beach frontage with only private pool area.

Terrific location and property. We had a beachfront room - recommend. I think we were in one of the un renovated rooms based off other photos but it was still amazing and loved the vibe. Much much much better than other places we have stayed. Loved all the little complimentary items. A lovely touch. Will 100% stay again. Only suggestion is that 10am is an early check out time especially on weekends - maybe an hour later on weekends is a great start.

Netanya Resort is ideally situated for Hastings Street shopping and dining as well as being very close to the National Park with its amazing walking trails and ocean views. On one of our walks we spotted a whale and multiple pods of dolphins.

We loved our stay at Netanya. The staff at the front desk were lovely and helpful also the cleaning crew. We enjoyed the views of the beach even in the shower. Great location

Great location, comfortable room and beautiful outlook over the beach from the pool. On the downside, being next to the gate to the pool and beach detracted from the stay as the slamming gate woke us up early every day. Expected better for the price.
