Amazing hotel

Lovely hotel, clean and spacious rooms-we had a casita. The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and during our stay went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Lovely pool and fitness centre. Will definitely go back there when in the US again.

The resort grounds were beautiful, scenic and offered great walking paths. The two pool areas were peaceful and relaxing. We also loved the dining options--we had lunch at Legends and breakfast at the Terra Cota cafe--both were excellent! We loved our stay and will be returning!

Front desk staff were not friendly upon our arrival. It was the bar staff who helped guide us to our room, the room service staff and the departure valet who made our experience pleasant. Thank you goes to them. Our hunch is that front desk judged us on appearance—remember, appearances can be deceiving.

Majority of the staff was amazing and accommodating when we called to say we would be late to check in because there was a delay in travel plans. One person however said the check in time cut off time was 2-3am before our whole reservation would be cancelled, and the tone wasn’t very helpful. When we called again and spoke to different person, they told us not to worry they’ll put a note in the reservation. We were able to arrive a little before 3am. But we were definitely stressed from the other conversation. Overall the stay was great and the front desk and golf cart driver when we arrived were really great.

Our new home away from home!

I honestly cannot begin to describe how blown away we were by our first stay at the Omni Tucson! At check-in, Daniel, the manager, was warm, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Jake personally escorted us to our room and was available all evening if we needed anything. Hands down, the Hacienda was best room we’ve stayed in over the last 15 years of traveling. The space was enormous, beautifully decorated, and spotless. Dinner at Bob’s was an experience in itself. The same warm hospitality we felt at check-in carried through the entire evening. The hostess, server, and manager (Vila) all wished us a happy anniversary. Vila even took photos of us out on the veranda. The food was Phenomenal! The grounds were beyond beautiful and the amenities were right on point! Without a doubt- this is THE only place we’ll stay when visiting Tucson!

The Omni hotel and spa was beautiful. Staff was very helpful. My overall stay was great, but I did have a issue with my check in as Omni had me for a wrong date that I reserved with Expedia so my stay started off very bad but Om took care of, my issues with the reservation hopefully this does not happen again with Expedia and Omni or any of my reservations or stays at any future location or rentals
