The property is 20mins out of Marrakech surrounded by building sites that’ll be finished in about 6years. The food is shocking no real authenticity and poor quality ... restraint service (paid for) only chance of decent meal The staff are a mixture half obnoxious furniture pieces the other lovely clear management issues hard to find any information when your there. Had a member of staff proposition my girlfriend. Alcohol water down and little to no real choice on all inclusive massive list of your paying

Hotel was really nice. Room was freezing cold and couldn’t get the warm air to work. Gave us 2 single beds when we asked for a double. Hotel is in the middle of nowhere with nothing around it can’t even go for a walk because there is no where to go. Couldnt even go out of the hotel to eat because taxis to the centre where everything is costs 3-400 dirhum Too far away from anything and not much entertainment at the hotel. Food was disgusting an Nothing had any taste not much choice either. No WiFi in the hotel rooms only in the reception an restaurant. Asked at reception for an iron but they don’t have one at the hotel so had to wear creased clothes. Wouldn’t stay here again although the animation team were very nice and friendly and the only ones that actually wanted you to enjoy your time at the hotel.

the site is beautiful, but the service is very poor. No shampoo or soap i. the room, Rooms are not cleaned until late afternoon, furniture is dated. the TV and the heater do not have remote. On the other side, the hotel is beautiful and deserves better services to truly make it a 4 star one.

Fab hotel, great entertainment

Animation team were fab, as were the bar staff. Would defo recommend the all inclusive option if available as we ended up spending a fortune on food and drinks, would’ve probably been cheaper to go all inclusive. Already looking into going back!

The hotel is nice but out in the sticks, it has a very nice swimming pool area with a lovely spa. There is a shuttle bus but only until 3pm so if you want to go out in the evening the taxi is costly.

this s not a hotel but more like a daycare too many kids .not for cples. the place s kind of old .maybe 40 y or more. i wouldnt recomand it for a cples.by the way the nightclub is a joke. do ur self favor dont wast ur money find another hotel

This is nice resort in the outskirts of Marrakech. The inside area is nice and clean, there is some entertainment throughout the day and in the evening. But a few things should be kept in mind when making decision. Rooms are very basic, requiring some renovation. No toiletries provided, bring your own. No WiFi in the room - only in the lobby and around the pool area. No towels are provided at the pool side. The buffet restaurant is overpriced - 200 MAD/pp. It is a lot better to eat at the small restaurant near the pool, the prices there are more reasonable. The biggest issue is the transportation. Taxi ride to/from resort is costly. There is a shuttle for 30 MAD/pp, but hotel staff doesn't give you all the information about this shuttle.

Nice hotel on the outskirts of Marrakech

Hotel was nice. Staff were accommodating. Ride into old Medina takes about 15-20 min. Rooms are clean and food is decent. Only downside was lack of wifi in the rooms but having it in common areas forced you to interact with other guests at the hotel which wasn't bad.

Outdated hotel

Reception staff incompetent and unable to understand English. There was no kettle in the room and no wifi connection in the rooms either. Before we left the hotel they tried to charge us again for city tax which we had already paid on the first day.

Great hotel. Great location

Exceptional. The hotel is very good value for money. Very well kept grounds...outdoor and indoor pool...shuttle to and from the centre of Marrakech several times a day...Staff are professional and friendly. I enjoyed everything about my stay there. Marrakech, like every other city in the world today suffers from pollution...staying outside the city is, I found, a smart move. Out in the Palmeria, where Sangho is located, the air is fresh and the vibe is tranquil. It takes about 10 minutes on the hotel shuttle to get to the city.

Nice hotel, shame about the location though

We had a great time , all of the rooms were clean and up to standard, sadly it is about 30 minutes from civilization, luckily the hotel offers a shuttle to the main city for 20 Dirhams, also only pay 150 to get here from the airport!
