The location was perfect, with great views of the port, and thousands of dining options nearby. The staff were helpful and courteous. However, the hotel itself is in poor condition, and is in desperate need of a renovation. In particular, the carpets are in awful shape.

Hotel is in a great location, right in the middle of the harbor area. The hotel is very nice but the rooms are very small, probably because the hotel was built in 1816! The staff were very helpful with all questions.

The room was gorgeous. There were four of us, two adults and two tall teenagers. The room was over two levels and was perfect. Staff were so attentive and friendly. Beautiful hotel and location. It gets 5 stars from us!

Very cool to get to stay in a 200-plus-year-old hotel right on the Vieux Port. Service and amenities were excellent, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
