Toilettes pas nettoyés et chasse non tirée depuis le dernier passage... Je vous épargne la photo. 2 nuits réservées par erreur au lieu d'une seule, j'ai immédiatement prévenu hôtel.com et l'hôtel pour demander une annulation de la 2eme nuit, refusée par le gérant, pas top le geste commercial. Sinon il y a quand même du positif : la personne au téléphone super sympa, l'accès tard facilité par les très bonnes indications données par SMS.

Accueil très agréable et professionnel, établissement correct, il est dommage qu'il y ai une piscine qui n'est pas accessible librement aux clients de l'hotel,vous pouvez juste la regarder de votre fenêtre ou pour pouvoir prétendre a prendre un bain il faut réserver plusieurs jours à l'avance. Cherchez l'erreur....

Propietari ladri che rubano nelle camere

Hotel in bruttissima posizione sembra in una montagna tra salite e strade strette , camere sporchissime e picolle , proprietari che puliscono le camere ala mattina mi hanno rubato il tablet del bambino bruttissima esperienza non consiglio assolutamente .
