I booked for 10 nights ( October twenty eighth to November the eighth 2025). The hotel is safe, located three minutes on foot to St. Charles train station. The area where the hotel is located is not nice, with this I mean, do not expect touristy views of the city or the typical amenities of a well located hotel. This is a basic hotel that offers free breakfast, a hotel that provides you with a place to sleep and nothing else. The staff is professional and helpful, the rooms are small and very basic. I wouldn’t recommend it for a family vacation since it is more for working/business type of travel.

Room was more than suitable and location was a few minutes from st Charles station easy travel to airport and to metro around the city. A major bonus was the electronic toilet in the room who my fellow guest Kevin vaughan said was surprisingly enjoyable but it tickles a bit.
