Really lovely and welcoming staff. Rooms were clean. No tea/coffee in the room, but this seems normal in Puglia. Really lovely pool area, again with helpful staff. Good value.

Perfectly fine for 2/3 days. Limited dining options in very large, usually empty restaurant. Staff very helpful. 20 minute walk to martina Franca old town along main road. Pool is shared with public club and when not closed is busy with lots of school children.

Lovely hotel in a good location

We used this hotel as we were attending a wedding up the road at villa San Martina. It's a 5 min taxi ride to the Villa if you need to do it and the hotel are happy to arrange this but the pricing is a bit odd, varies and it stacks up if you are back and forwards (in 3 days it was over €100 for us). That said the hotel is convenient for the centre of Maritna Franca (about 20 mins walk) and the old town is absolutely lovely! We were there at the end of July and it was hot so the air con in the room was very welcome!

A very nice property aprox 15 mins walk from the city center, not bad for walkers - we actually liked the walk back especially after great dinners. Perfect to make it a base to visit many other historic towns. The breakfast was OK - very plain. The parking is free, there is a pool that the hotel shares with an "outdoor club" great but in the time in the summertime it is full with local families and kids, not the most relaxing spot at the hotel -)

Nice hotel; walking distance from Martina Franca

The hotel has a great location and is within walking distance from the old town. It was good to come back from a day of sight seeing to swim in a quiet large pool. There was ample parking and the staff were kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with a clean bathroom and shower. The breakfast was very basic and coffee in particular tasted like ready-made coffee purchased in bulk. The positives however outweigh the negatives by far.

Nice hotel, fantastic receptionist.

Nice hotel. Good clean rooms. Easy access to both train station and the old town. The best thing about this hotel was the exceptionally helpful and friendly lady at reception who arranged a "transfer" for us to Alberobello when we discovered there was no public transport on Sunday.

Buona struttura. Migliorerei sicuramente i cuscini ed il materasso, cosa non trascurabile per la qualità del riposo. Buona la colazione, solo i cornetti erano tutti schiacciati tipo pizza😂
