Very cool place to stay some interesting water fall on property and train overhead trussel very cool

The AC was broken in my room and I brought it to staff’s attention 3 TIMES and Expedia’s one time before anything was done…. majority of the staff I told spoke to me like I was inept and didn’t know how to use an AC system… I do. Neither the guy in-house, nor some random management woman knew what they were doing. The only person who actually seemed interested in fixing the problem was the girl at the front desk after I brought it up multiple times. They agreed to comp my room stating that there were no rooms that would accommodate my party size.. there were two people in my group— myself and one other. Once I made them aware of that, interestingly enough, a room became available. So they ended up finding another room in which the AC did work. Not a good experience.

Breakfast was hot and ready , staff was helpful and friendly

the breakfast was really good! they had a lot of different options. the staff was really kind and helped us out when our original room smelled weird, she gave us another room. the pool was nice as well, there was stuff from the trees in the pool.

Great property great place great staff very clean very luxurious even had a small billing dilemma afterwards and they took care of it expeditiously and made sure I was compensated for their small mistake. I’m very happy with their service.

The beds were clean and mattresses rally good
