Unfortunately the spa was closed for cleaning while we were there, but the room and restaurant were very nice. Staff was helpful getting taxis and answering questions. Good breakfast with lots of options. The grounds are very nice as well. Would definitely stay here again to enjoy the spa.

Nice place

Very decent hotel - in the perfect location for me for work. Definitely my default choice when visiting the area. All very modern and smart, very clean. Limited menu - but good quality food at a decent price. The beer is super cheap for a hotel too - cheaper than the bottled water.

I stay at this hotel fairly regularly as it’s location is perfect for visiting my customer who is local. Certainly the best hotel I’ve found in the area - and the views from the room with a balcony I booked on my last stay were pretty nice. It is quite big hotel and consequently slightly impersonal - but the spa and restaurant are both good. Food is of a limited menu but of good quality and well priced. The beer is so cheap (4.2 euros for a large pilsner), that the bottled water is actually more expensive 🙄 The 6 euro Port was pretty nice too. One criticism is that I wish they would improve the signage to actually find the hotel - if it’s dark when you arrive they are all but impossible to see. So you know - park right down the end of the car park - then cross over a little bridge on foot and keep walking forwards to reach the hotel.

Really great hotel

The hotel is justr awesome, the bed is hard and I slept like a log for 7 hours. Breakfast is great, plenty of choice and boiled eggs, and the bread was so nice. Only 1 gripe, you need to let people new know where the good latte making coffee machine is. I only found out after I had two cups of normal coffe. I saw somebody walk out of the greenhouse with a latte in a glass, and I went in and helped myself. That was really good.

Really good hotel, perfect for Schutzenfest!

First visit to this hotel and very impressed overall although one receptionist was a bit frosty. Breakfast was superb as were the spa facilities which were available free of charge. Gym was well equipped with the latest machines. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect relaxation after a long day at work

Great little spa resort, the sauna and pools facilities are excellent with a plethora of different temp rooms and pools. Restaurant is very good too, had an excellent asparagus and trout dish. If you're a runner, there is a nice route behind the hotel, up the hill into the woods and then around and down again into Jordanbad

Highly recommend

The hotel has been recently refurbished and all the rooms are now modern and a high standard. The spa/swimming and gym are included and there are two good restaurants. One of the restaurants is a 5 minute walk away on the other side of the complex. Free car parking is also available.

Everything was nice! Took taxi from train station just a few minutes away. Staff was nice. Had requested a credit card authorization three times by calling and thru your message center but never got a response or sent. Since the hotel didn't allow prepayment option that was the only issue or downside to the reservation.

convenient for where I was working

I didn't try the spa part as only there for a night before a work meeting butthe bar was friendly enough. Only thing I woudl say was room seemed a little warm with no obvious thermo stat or heater to control but opening the window worked fine as very quiet location. Wifi free and stable.

Relaxing Getaway

The spa is an amazing facility that allows you to unwind in a picturesque setting. The pools and baths are so relaxing and so well kept. We enjoyed all aspects of our stay. Dinner was great and had a lovely cocktail in the bar for Happy Hour. Walk the grounds if you have time and take in the Religious history of this amazing property. The staff was helpful and professional. Overall, a great and relaxing break during our stay in Germany. Thanks to all the staff!
