There was a beautiful lady in the coffee shop that was absolutely over the top in customer service. She might be the kindest person that I have ever encountered in all of my travels. Her kindness really made a difference to me and my husband was also blown away. She is perfect!! I can't remember her name but may have been Jasmine but I could pick her beautiful face out in a crowd. Hope to see her when we return.

Absolutely fantastic experience - the customer service was some.of the best, and we travel extensively. In Cincinnati, I've stayed at the Cincinnatian, 21c, and the Hyatt. For location you can't beat the Westin across from Fountain Square. Note the building is shared with other businesses (including restaurants) that are part of the lower level. Around the corner is the best breakfast in Cincinnati, "Sleepy Bee" which is a short walk around the corner. This is the place to stay in Cincinnati - there is no doubt the right choice.

When entering the address into Google Maps, it directs guests to the East 5th Street entrance. This should be updated to route visitors to the Vine Street entrance, as that is where the parking garage entrance is located. Once inside the building, there is no signage directing guests to proceed to the second floor for check-in. The first floor—particularly the lobby—had a noticeable presence of homeless individuals. While there were no negative interactions, it does impact the overall perception of safety and cleanliness. After check-in, the key card system was somewhat confusing to operate; several other guests mentioned experiencing the same issue. The elevators require a key card and only allow access to the assigned floor, which appears to be a security measure to prevent unauthorized access to guest areas. Upon entering the room, it was clean, though it was evident that the room is dated. There was a previously patched hole in the wall that was poorly repaired, and the caulking around the sink was cracking and no longer providing a proper water seal. At checkout, my wife pulled back the sheets to assist housekeeping and noticed a large red stain—possibly wine—on the mattress. Overall, I would stay here again. However, there are several areas that could use improvement, including adding security personnel, installing clear signage to welcome guests and direct them to the front desk, and beginning a phased renovation plan, such as remodeling one floor per year.

Great stay for the cost! Checking in and out was a breeze. Room was clean, comfortable and had a great view of Fountain Square just below. Just a note that the parking garage is not owned by the hotel. It’s publicly owned space and just located underneath the hotel building. But the rate listed on the hotel site is if you leave your car overnight and is correct.
