The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast is included for our stay. It’s simple, but cooked well. Our room is clean and staffs treat us with considerate and respectful. Not saying the walking distance toward UC Davis main campus. Highly recommend if you visit UCD.

The staff was just okay. The person that checked us in was friendly and efficient. But the lady that checked us out was rather rude. She saw me waiting at the front desk, but just ignored me and continued to wipe the table in the breakfast area. She could have acknowledged me and let me know that she’d be there soon. I didn’t mind waiting, but it was the fact that she didn’t even say anything to me even after we made eye contact. The hotel and room were clean enough, but not exceptionally clean. The white blankets both had some stains on them. The beds were comfortable but the AC unit was unpredictable. The old thermostat said Error so we knew we had to control it from the unit in front of the window. It got so cold in the room, we had to turn it off. But the room continued to be very cold. And there was a draft coming from the area with the couch. The free breakfast was mediocre. Nothing stood out. The only really nice thing about the hotel was the location. Being a 3 minute walk from UC Davis’ Welcome Center made it so convenient. I would stay here again if I needed to visit a student at UC Davis.
