The hotel is called luxury but it has nothing to do with Luxury at all. Simple boutique hotel with pretty old renovation and cheep materials. But the breakfast is very good, not big menu but tasty little dishes. Little beach is nice. Personell are trying their best, polite and respectful but again too far from 5 stars service and luxury. A short stay was good but not worth it’s money.

The view is beautiful and the room is clean but a bit on the small side, also the lighting is quite dim. The staff are all very friendly and very helpful. They helped us to unload our luggage and brought to the room. On first night, there was a big party went on until 2:30 in the morning, we did complain but nothing they could do. However we did have a room service for breakfast the next day which was very nice. The breakfast is very good, freshly cooked egg dishes of your choice with plenty of other choice.

Breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly. Only bad thing was that the Blackout curtains did not go all the way to the end of the window, so sunlight came into the room. Temperature was also a bit uneven for the room.

The property overlooks a small bay where it is deep but safe to swim. The rooms overlook this bay so it is nice and quiet to sleep. The staff were all very helpful and it seems that everyone in Croatia speaks very good English.

Would be best of the best if not pet friendly!

I always come back to this hotel, great rooms , amazing food , great service ! Only i dont like about this hotel is a pets , i dont have feeling im on clean place , and im alergic on cat and dog hair…. I couldnt sleep cause dog in room above mine was so loud…

Real 5 star experience in a beautiful design hotel! Everything was great from check in, welcome drink, food and staff. All rooms are with sea view so when you enter room the view is breathtaking. The big advantage is that the hotel has a free shuttle to the center of Opatija, so once you park you no longer have to get in the car. Now at the time of the corona Spa center is super organized so you have to make an appointment for a certain schedule in order to avoid crowd at the pool & sauna. We had dinner at their famous restaurant and the food is for every recommendation. Breakfast is one of the best we have ever had. Great selection of everything. The hotel is definitely value for money and we will definitely be back!
