This was a great hotel. Staff always polite and helpful. The Hotel is clean as the rooms. Security was superior. Food was fresh, plentiful and variety was eceptional. Pool was easy to acess and clean. Close to beach and restaurants and heaps of shops. The area is not busy if you like it a bit quieter. I fully recommend this hotel to others.

Our room, on the third floor and overlooking the pool, had a lot of passing traffic from other guests, making it quite noisy at all hours. We also found the bathroom pretty inconvenient - with a window into the bedroom and a noisy sliding door, using the bathroom at night meant disturbing the other person in the room. We were impressed with the breakfast offering, which included items marked as vegan; the chefs also kindly made additional vegan friendly food to order - lovely people. The people working in the breakfast room were so friendly and welcoming, and couldn’t have done more for us. A particular mention to Ester, who is a credit to the hotel.

We nearly didn't book this as the photos were undwhelming but we went on the reviews thankfully and thoroghly enjoyed our stay! The resort is well organised, super clean, has lovely friendly staff that communicate well and can't do enough for you. The food is great, with the buffet breakfast being the best we've had! Close to the action - highly recommend. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 kids (10 & 12) :)

We had booked a city facing room and we were moved to a pool facing room, which was welcome as there’s building work taking place across the road which was quite noisy. Room was very nice, and the staff throughout were lovely. At breakfast, some hot items are labelled vegan, and the chefs were helpful in pointing out what we could eat and even made some vegan-friendly fried rice for us. A few more vegan options would be great and labelling across cold options too would be wonderful, as I’m sure there would have been more that we could have eaten.

Accommodation was nice as always Would have been nice to get the same amount of freebies i got last time i stayed in February. Stayed for longer this time with 1 less person and it was more expensive, and got less for my money But overall it is a great hotel
