Rooms are quite good. We had a hot water issue however after changing rooms it was generally resolved. We took a walk outside and around the property and it was quite untidy.

Well located to airport. We caught the train to the airport then walked to hotel. Took about 10 minutes but easy with luggage. Next day took free shuttle bus to terminal. Very convenient. Staff helpful and friendly.

Check in was terrible. Although a quick check in, the individual staff who received us was miserable and rude. There was no greeting of welcome. Just a sour face and a dismissive attitude. Not the greeting you expect from a Hilton hotel. Especially after a long tiring journey. By contrast, the check out staff was very accommodating. He was pleasant and efficient, always aware of his guests. He made sure we caught our shuttle and assisted everyone with their luggage. A positive end to a very unwelcome beginning.

when I arrive, they said my room/reservation had been canceled. They had me wait two hours. I was exhausted. I had just flown 13 hours. The front desk asked me to wait in the bar until my room was ready and they could figure out the mistake they did not give me any complementary drink and I spent $70 on a lousy hamburger and fries and salad. Very inconvenient.

Nice hotel as far as cleanliness & location, and the restaurant was great, but we had AC issues in our room (very hot & humid at night which made it tough to sleep), and no hot water for an early morning shower. Very surprising quality issues given operating under the Hilton name which usually signifies excellence.

Fantastic location within walking distance of terminal 3. Super convenient stay for an early flight out of Rome or late arrival. Otherwise; it’s at last 35 minutes by train or 45 minutes by car from Rome city center. Excellent but pricey food at the on site restaurant. Friendly staff. The mattress is a bit on the firm side compare to other hotels. Hotel itself is newly refurbished and very clean. They have an interesting rule to wear swim caps in the pool, otherwise they kick you out. Great stay

Great place to stay if you are leaving Roam and you don’t wanna rush to get to the airport. However, the front desk was not helpful as for accommodating to check in or even explaining why they can’t check you in. The staff at the Resturant and the bar were nice.

Hotel is a 12 minutes covered walk from the airport. Convenient. Breakfast is phenomenal. Many choices and omlett station. Be aware if you eat at the restaurant for dinner. We had pasta, personal sized pizza, water and three beers and the bill was $95 USD. Too expensive! But unless you want to hike back to the airport and their limited and probably expensive choices it's the only place close by for dinner.

Met needs of airport hotel. Clean Check-in staff efficient Breakfast buffet was good Only thing not so good was obnoxious waiter at dinner meal and sub par meal for the price. He autoomatically brought bread which we had not ordered and charged extra for it This was after I had asked him about gluten free options. Seemed angry that I caught the mistake and brought me gluten free bread. The second waiter that presented the bill was very nice
