Great hotel and excellent staff, I selected this hotel and paid a premium price to be closed to the grand mosque. But to my disappointment all the pathways to the grand mosque closes before every prayers and you don’t have any access to the mosque. There is no point of staying here if you have to go hours early to the mosque. You can stay at a hotel which is reasonably priced and come early to the mosque

The hotel doesn’t have Kaaba or even partial Kaaba view , so, it’s not fair to pay for that view Ang to get only haram view.

the staff was courteous (specially Mr. Yasser). He was very helpful and available from moment zero to the last minutes we left the hotel. the rooms were spotless and the view to the Haram was amazing. everyone in the hotel was running to make our stay comfortable. One note to hotel Admin: Please reconsider allowing the transportation company "Almosafer-Transport" to operate from your hotel; I had very bad experience with them and i don't recommend it to anyone.

The staff are very helpful and constantly checking with you to ensure no issues. The location is great. Compared to the clock tower where I’ve stayed many times, the Hilton provided easier access to the haram and the attached mall had everything we needed
