This property is highly misleading in its advertising. While it claims to be only a 5-minute walk to the Haram, in reality it takes nearly 20 minutes and that’s only after navigating broken flyovers and unsafe bridge crossings. The surrounding area is equally inconvenient, with no food outlets or convenience stores nearby; the closest ones are a 15-minute walk away, again via the same unsafe route. The hotel itself is in poor condition: outdated interiors, faulty electrical switches and appliances, and a clear need for major renovation. Service at the front desk is unhelpful and far below standard. Overall, a disappointing stay that urgently requires improvement before it can justify its location or price.

The hotel itself is nice and clean and close enough to the Haram. It is a bit of a hike to get to the hotel from the Kaaba so keep that in mind; it was, however, the best price for a hotel on the Haram. Hotel staff were a mixed bag—some were super friendly and helpful, and others were standoffish (especially front desk staff). The breakfast is great.

Amazing! The hotel is only 10 minutes walk from the Haram, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I got very lucky to get a room update and breakfast for free during my entire stay. The room was stunning, the view too. A huge thank you, Jazakallah Khair. I will definitely come back inshallah.
