Great location

The apartment was clean and comfortable, the host was very helpful. I had rented a car and we had a parking spot in the parking garage. This location really made our trip worthwhile. Everything is close by. Will definitely rent again.

Excellent value for the price.

Decent place, clean, good security. It gets extremely hot and humid and there is no AC. If you try and open the window it is on a very busy street and is very loud. Beds are very firm. Everything is very new and reasonably cleaned. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Wouldn’t stay again due to the difficulty getting good sleep because of the noise and heat - but good value for the price.

Al llegar fue la peor experiencia que he vivido. No nos dejaban acceder al lugar y estábamos afuera en la calle todo ese momento cual fue casi 3 horas esperando con 2 niños y mi esposa sin comer desde las 1pm y sin poder descansar de un viaje tan largo porque el anfitrión no había dejado nuestros nombres para poder ingresar. Llegue a pensar que era una estafa, y mi mayor preocupación era que mi familia y yo íbamos a pasar la noche en la calle, porque no había hotel disponible. Tuvimos que llamar a varios números incluyendo el de VRBO que no nos proporcionó solución. De tanto insistir llamando a varios números fue que logramos dar con la anfitriona. y hay fue que los de seguridad nos dejo pasar a la sala de espera. Y fue cuando sentí un poco mas de alivio, pero aun así no me sentía seguro asta que tuve las llaves en mis manos. Y fue cuando le di gracias a Dios y pudimos ingresar al apartamento como a las 7:54pm -8pm. Sugerencia: Dar mejor información a los vigilantes y a los huéspedes, proporcionar todo lo necesario para el huésped se sienta seguro y evitar malas experiencia como la mía.
