Service was not good. The breakfast staff was a bit or miss - some wait staff was very friendly other ones very rude. I was surprised that the bathrooms did not have a blow dryer and enough towels. When you ordered these items to the room it takes hours!!! Also, the main restaurant in the lobby does not offer popular cocktails ONLY a few options in the cocktail menu. I asked for a vodka martini and they said no because the only martini in the system is a gin martini. I only recommend this hotel for its location but if you want a better equipped hotel and service go to a different hotel.

One of the registration agents was very good. Helpful. The other, a middle aged woman, was horrible to deal with. She made checking in difficult and aggravating. She tried telling me my reservation and guest charges were 4 times what they were supposed to be. She was extremely rude and unreasonable. I had stayed there before and was treated very well. Not sure I’ll stay again.

Everyone at the hotel was very nice. The location is perfect and you have many options to choose from by walking around the street three or four blocks. It is a very clean place and the breakfast, support staff, facilities are great.

I loved how beautiful the hotel was from the lobby to my room to the restaurants. I was not happy with the front staff on checkin making my friends uncomfortable assuming they were staying in the room with me, and proceeding to make me sign a contract that I couldn’t have anyone else in the room or it would cost $99. My friends were just picking me up at the airport and making sure I arrived to my hotel safely. This is the weirdest rule I’ve ever heard of at any hotel in the world I’ve stayed at. For the rest of the trip my Friends were afraid to come to my hotel. I was embarrassed and I’m embarrassed for the staff who made us feel this way. Otherwise I loved the hotel. I will stay again if the staff reads this and learns from this.

The hotel breakfast was amazing !!! The hotel was very clean and neat , loved the hotel . Receptionist girl was not that pleasant, the guys were nice but the girl wasn’t at all . Room needs better lighting for the girls who want to do their makeup . Poor lighting. Overall experience was good. Except to girl at reception. She was very rude . I will recommend this hotel overall , food delicious and breakfast excellent!!!
