Not a 4.5 star hotel
I booked this hotel for use of the gym and the spa. As it is Ramadan these were closed but they were advertised as available at the time of booking.
The room was ok id say it is more a 3 star hotel and definitely not 4.5!!
The bar staff were inattentive and dismissive spending more time on their phones than customer service!
The staff weren’t very friendly or helpful when I asked about the gym they opened it with a security guard observing us to which we left.
The gym equipment was also very poor no free weights and some machines not working.
I asked to speak to the manager but he didn’t work weekends and there was no one else in charge. We had booked 3 nights but only stayed 2!
