Booked this as needed somewhere to rest before my delayed flight and was really pleased. Excellent shuttle service and dining with comfortable rooms with good quality toiletries. Staff were all pleasant and helpful but especially Michelle AM shift as she helped me get a ground floor room a bit earlier than checkin time when she noticed I had a hospital tag on my wrist after being checked by hospital as fit to fly and needed to rest. You have a star employee there and would totally recommend this hotel

Was only there for 1 night. I liked the convenience of the free airport shuttle in. The room was great had just what you needed. Only thing and this is all American hotels is that there isn't enough light in the rooms maybe this is my Aussie first world problem but otherwise it was great

Located in close proximity to airport which makes for quick check in. Landed at 10 pm and was glad we didnt have to take a long cab/shuttle ride to hotel. Jus wanted to check-in and rest. This property checked all the clean, safe, professional boxes! I would stay here again.

Late Check in

After an early departure from a cruise I headed to hotel in am. Because they were at capacity the night before there was no early check in. Was informed 4 pm check in. There is very limited seating in the lobby to accommodate people. Didn’t discover another seating area until hours later. I did eat at the lobby bar restaurant while waiting. The servers Jaime and Joni were awesome and efficient. They made the wait more pleasant. At 345 I received a text my room was ready. Rooms are more expensive now everywhere and we don’t even get to stay for 24 hrs. checking in at 4 is a too late for me. I would need to consider this next time when staying.
