I paid $250 for the hotel room for one night and breakfast is not included? Soo disappointed!!!! And tue breakfast is 30 euros???? The room was clean but nothing special compared to other places!!!

Shower drain clogged and water poured into the entire room damaging some luggage. Showers are poorly designed as shower floor is level so water goes everywhere and you don’t notice the situation because you are cover with soap etc. then it’s too late.

The shower head leaded badly the toilet flush stuck the beds were tiny the food at the restaurant was mediocre and this is the most expensive hotel at the Zurich airport Lame!!! Would not choose to stay here again

The location was good and close to Zurich via train. The staff were available continuously to give advice and support with anything that I asked for, in particular directions around the city and good tours.
