• Pet is not allowed on furniture or bedding at any time. Please bring your own bedding or mat and equipment such as bowls, crate, pet beds and leads, etc. If it is found your pet has been use any furnishings, beds or upholstery, excess cleaning fees and/or replacement of any linen fees will be applied.
• Keep your pet out of carpeted areas and off rugs.
• Ensure that your pet does not scratch doors, screens, or other surfaces. Any damage caused will incur replacement charges.
• Pets should not be left unattended in the unit and should not enter the unit wet or dirty.
• Clean up after your pet in the garden to ensure a pleasant experience for housekeepers and future guests.

• Unregistered guests are not permitted on the premises. All guests, including children, must be registered as a guest when making the booking.
• Check-in and key-collection instructions will be emailed before your arrival.
• Early check-in may be arranged (is subject to availability) with prior consent from us, and additional charges will be applied.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
• Parties or events are strictly NOT permitted on the premises.
• Loud music or noise is not allowed. Please respect the noise curfew between 9:30pm and 8:00am.

• Please leave the property in clean & tidy condition. Clean the oven and kitchen after use it, otherwise $60 applied. Over and above general cleaning charges will deducted from the bond if the property is left dirty or there has been damage caused.
• Please do not leave excess rubbish behind. Ensure empty all bins inside the house and take away all excess rubbish. A minimum $300 rubbish removal charge applies if you leave excess rubbish behind.
• Please keeping the house key with you carefully, charges will be applied If you lost it.
• Remember return the house key in the lock box at check-out.
