Immensely convenient surroundings. We're situated just off the corner of Frederick Way & Franklin St at 253 Franklin, only a 2min walk to Queen Victoria Market, and a 5-10min walk to RMIT or Melbourne Central station with access to everything all under the one roof.
You're only a short stroll away from QV, Emporium, Myer, David Jones, Chinatown, Swanston St and more.
Great boutique bars, cafes and attractions around the area.
I've included most of my favourite places and more in my extensive "Local Recommendations Guidebook" on this listings page, so please feel free to check em' out for awesome things to do and eat in the CBD area.
Getting Around:
Easy. Surrounded by trams, cabs, buses & trains, it makes getting in, out & around the city extremely convenient.
If you're not a fan of walking, there is a tram stop on William St just 2min walk away from us.
Most importantly, all trams within the city grid are FREE. Just look out for the "FREE tram zone" signs.
No problems hitching a cab or getting on a bus on Franklin St if you would like to head out of the city.
If you plan to take a train, the Melbourne Central railway station is just a 10min walk away from us.
If you drive, the nearest paid parking lot is available at “Secure Parking, 160 Franklin St, Melbourne VIC 3000”, which is a 2min walk from us. Alternatively you may look online for other suitable parking options.
If you just need to park your car temporarily for an hour or so, then you may observe the paid street parking signs around us.
Other Things to Note:
This is a private unit ALL TO YOURSELF and you WON'T be sharing this with any strangers during your stay.
A representative will be assigned to check you in in person.
