I recently stayed at this wonderful property during a quick trip to Melbourne, not realizing it was Grand Prix weekend. The property is exceptionally clean and incredibly well-maintained for its age. The bed was very comfortable, and the reception staff were friendly and welcoming. The location made the city easily accessible, adding to the overall convenience. It’s a fabulous choice for anyone looking for comfort and charm in Essendon, and I’d highly recommend it!

Staff very cheerful, welcoming and helpful upon arrival. To assist in complementing my most recent stay the A/C Unit could of been better smelling during operation, it just wasn't pleasant, its appearance shows ageing which could be increasing your running costs. Cheers for now Steven

The only knock I have is there were other guests staying downstairs that were outside smoking that were quite loud late at night. I had to go outside and ask them to keep the noise down. Maybe have a designated smoking area away from the rooms so as not to disturb other guests. Otherwise a great place to stay.

From the second we arrived the staff were friendly and welcoming. We were allowed an early check in and enjoyed a cool refreshment from the mini bar in reception. I would definitely stay again and can recommend to anyone looking for a quick stop over.
