The only negative comment about my recent stay was I paid for an “accessible” room, as I need the larger bathroom to move easily and safely, but was given a standard small room. But it’s been perfect always apart from that one error.

Room presented ok , although they are getting a little tired since we last stayed . We dealt with 2 staff on check-in , 1st couldn’t even make eye contact & was too busy drinking his cup of tea , 2nd was possibly the rudest I’ve ever come across at a hotel checkin !! Checkout this morning was fine & helpful . Interesting anyone can access lifts up to floors straight off the street through the front doors . Haven’t seen that for a few years in a hotel .

Clean room, nice staff, easy check in/out. Great location. Unfortunately there wasnt any hot water when we showered. Very luke warm which was rather cold.
