The open-plan living area upstairs features a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge with a cosy coonara to enjoy in the cooler months. This all leads onto the expansive entertaining deck where you can soak up the sun's rays under your market umbrella with seating for eight.
There is also a games room for the kids, 3 bedrooms and a sitting room, with ample space for all the family, including your furry friend, as it is set on a fully fenced block.
Digital TV, fully equipped kitchen, reverse cycle air conditioning, wood-fired coonara, dining table seating for 8 people and on the outside deck, the BBQ, lounge chairs, market umbrella and additional seating for 8 people.
All linen and towels supplied - BYO beach towels
