“Chillington” where country meets the Coast

Chillington is a “Shared house with your host” on just over half an acre in Rosebud. In a secluded tree lined property with no houses to see and a gentle stream running through the yard at the back for relaxation.
We have an outdoor spa overlooking a four hole putting green with olive trees lining the fenceline. Outdoor alfresco dining at its best six burner barbecue sitting areas 10 seat outdoor entertaining table with remote control awning for the summer days. Inside the house consists of two lounge rooms separated by closing sliding door giving guests their a private lounge, shared facilities in the kitchen / dining areas. Offstreet parking for vehicles, boat, caravan or any toys one would like to bring down. Pet friendly on request. Look forward to having you at my home and filling you with my knowledge from 20 years of living on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. Transport around the peninsula can be arranged by availability.
This is a “shared environment” but guests will have private bathroom,toilet,bedrooms and lounge.
There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. A Smart television and a DVD player are provided for your entertainment, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected. The bathroom has a shower/tub combination and a hair dryer. Amazing Stay at Rob’s Beautiful Home

We had a fantastic long weekend at Rob’s place. The house was spacious, bright, spotless, and beautifully designed. The large, green yard was perfect for relaxing, and watching the sunrise was truly breathtaking.The place is also dog-friendly, which was a big plus for us! Comfortable home away from home

Rob is a great host, he is very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and provided fabulous communication. The house is shared but our area was private. The house is as presented in the photos. The garden is really lovely. We were there on a cold, rainy Victorian winter weekend and were very comfortable. The house has all the amenities that we needed for our stay. It is in a very quiet location.

Relaxing getaway

The Stayz website itself was very glitchy and wouldn't allow me to login to it. Relaxing time away, easy to login to WiFi as a guest. The dog loved the backyard, the hot tub was good and so was the mini golf. Easy to contact manager if required. Everything was clean and we had an enjoyable week. Thank you

Awesome backyard

Beautiful house with an awesome backyard for our 2 fur babies. Love the fire pit Friendly owner who lives onsite. It wasn’t mentioned in the description. Respected our privacy. Works outside around the house when we were there, and shared the kitchen albeit when we’re out. Was fine with us but wasn’t expecting it. All in all, a nice stay for us

This property is one of the few houses (bnb) in our list of recommended properties. Beautifully landscaped backyard, clean house and the best host ever! His name is Rob. He is very accommodating and gives you privacy. My daughter wants to go back there for summer next year. Highly recommend this property!!!

The house it self was very nice

Me and my partner wanted to get away for my birthday for a romantics weekend. Great place for the dogs nice back yard the house was great but one small problem the owner was there living in a seperate room that made us feel uncomfortable. We didn’t end up having a romantic weekend at all or using the spa. If your going to rent this place and you think you will have the whole place to yourself think again. The owner of the property will be there with you. It doesn’t say on the right up about the owners being there so if you feel comfortable with him being there than go ahead rent it out. We were very disappointed.

Chillington by name and by nature

The property is as good as it looks it’s photos. It does not feel like you are only 10 mins from Rosebud beaches. The location was perfectly situated or you are keen to go to the hot springs or play some golf. So accessible. My dogs were made very welcome and we really enjoyed spending some time with our host, Rob, and hearing some of his own travel and adventure stories (of which he has a wealth of, with some that will leave you with some serious wanderlust).

Lovely country block with lovely window views, most pleasing decor and lovely showers.

Lovely first impression. Garden beautiful and relaxing. Lovely BBQ Area. Spa. Close to many shops and the beach. Rosebud Hotel Just nearby is a wonderful venue. Good parking. Safe feeling in this area.

A Most Delicious & Relaxing Stay

We had a brilliant time. Very easy check in. Incredible property. Remarkably clean. The host takes so much pride to give the most inviting surroundings. To ensure the Photos don’t do it justice. The host is the most inviting, friendly guy and makes you feel extremely at home. If you have stress & needing relaxation. This is definitely the spot. We will return soon 🎈 Weather was perfect too. Oh what a beautiful time we had.
