The room is little rundown. The tolid room sink was clogged but was quickly fixed after reported. The washer door was broken and stuff left behind inside again it was fixed next day after reported. The closet door is broken but usable. There were tree or water flies around which killed few. The carpet was dammed and look dirty. The air condition unit is old and loud when turn on. The TV is old and not modern smartTV. not much selection on TV channel or not able to connect to internet or display via device. The location is nice and accesible to many restaurant an tram service. It is inside the Melbourne CBD area

We were pretty disappointed with our stay. Unfortunately the room was not as advertised… the “city view” balcony looked directly onto a hotel wall only a few metres away, which was nothing like the photos shown when booking. The room also had an unpleasant smell when we arrived and we had to purchase our own room spray just to make it bearable. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. There were also several maintenance and cleanliness issues. The bin in the room was extremely small and impractical, the TV in the bedroom did not work, and the toilet had visible skid marks when we first arrived, which was pretty off-putting. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations and for the price, we expected much better attention to cleanliness, comfort and accuracy in the listing.

Room and location very good.BUT booking in a nightmare…there is no one on reception so if you are arriving late, or if there is an issue with your room you must phone and wait.If you lock yourself out no one on site to help…worth paying a little more and getting the luxery of someone at the premises. BUT the accommodation good.

Apartment had everything you need which is handy as it is only 5 mins away from the Queen Victoria Market! Only downside was that the washer/dryer was not working but I even found a line dryer for my sink washing. At this price point - recommended.

Staff receiving us were courteous. The building does not have parking and we did not realise that until we got there, a nightmare and expensive to park around Melbourne CBD. Bathroom was very poorly cleaned. We asked to clean it, they came a day later, but we were to leave the next day. Carpet needs an overhaul as well as the dishwasher.
