Disliked: Cleanliness
Address details were not sent. Host was non-responsive when I and the support team tried to contact her. I wasted an hour wandering around Melbourne while on the phone to the support team, before having to arrange alternative accommodation and then another hour arranging the refund for the original accommodation and the alternative accommodation. No apology or explanation was provided.
