Located in a prime Rye location near surf breaks, golf courses and the hot springs. Only 500m to the Number 16 Beach (Lizard Head Rock and The Dragon's Head) and a short walk to the renowned 16 Beach General Store for a coffee and groceries.
HOUSE FEATURES:
Your own peaceful, private sanctuary awaits. This comfortable home has been fully renovated featuring new appliances and oak floors throughout. It is beautifully decorated with custom made furniture and bespoke coastal furnishings, and the expansive single level floor plan creates plenty of space for guests to relax and unwind.
The large windows bring the outdoors in, overlooking beautiful coastal gardens and the solar heated pool, with an undercover outdoor terrace that allows effortless indoor/outdoor entertaining all year round. There is also an outdoor firepit area for guests to enjoy.
The fully renovated kitchen has all the amenities you will need, including a dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and a kitchen island with bar stools. Adjoining the kitchen is an open plan sun-filled dining area and living room complete with Smart TV and streaming services, and a stunning wood burning fireplace to snuggle up to when the weather gets cooler. There is a second living area with TV and Google Chromecast, and incase you need to work while on holidays there is a home office space with a desk and chair. For your comfort this home has heating and air conditioning throughout.
The master bedroom with a full ensuite and walk-in robes is positioned at the front of the home, along with a second bedroom, while a further 2 bedrooms with built in robes and a central bathroom with bath, shower and toilet are located down the hall. The laundry offers full facilities with a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.
There is onsite parking for up to 4 cars, a boat or jet ski. Please note, the garage is unavailable to use.
