Upstairs the accommodation zone offers a rejuvenating atmosphere with a simple palette of contrasting tones with a glimpse of Mount Martha.

Blending a zoned layout with open-plan living a front-facing lounge preserves privacy beyond tinted windows before introducing the hub of this lovely home. The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we the reserve right to evict guests.
