I cancelled my booking with the property directly prior to arrival because I had trouble with the expedia website. A few days later I received a charge on my bank statement for the whole stay. When I didn't show the first night they did not attempt to phone me and as I was away I was not checking my junk emails, which is where messages went.

When we walked in we had someone else’s name on the table welcoming them so was abit awkward, also paid extra for the ‘city view’ which wasn’t much of a view at all. Other than that, it was clean.

The hotel staffs are very friendly, we arrived early and I am lucky that staff allow us to check in around 1pm, so that we can take shower and have proper lunch to relax. Property is very close to the central station, location is good.
