Great stop for early flights next day however the lack of adequate temperature control in the room had us sleepless to a degree and this is the 3rd time this has been the case so not a one off. Also the inability to accomodate people who do not carry a physical credit card for incidentals is no longer acceptable in 2025, sorted in the end but not without being told several times it cannot be done, only to allow it anyway after vibrant discussion.......

Staff were lovely though waiting for checkin was long. Selection of pillows was limited but staff were very responsive to our request. Unfortunately for me the room was extremely hot, 20 degrees Celsius minimum temperature overnight and I did not sleep.

Great location easy walk from terminals. New clean and comfortable hotel. Self check in easy. Room very quiet and bed very comfortable.

On Expedia I put in that I wanted a hotel with a pool. Get to the hotel and they want to charge us for a swim. Disgraceful. We get offered a breakfast for a certain price and when we go there they try to charge us more. Disgraceful There was nowhere on Expedia that you had to pay for parking. Nobody on reception when I checked out. Pretty poor when I had to activate the parking ticket. The bed was terrible, one pillow each. The list goes on. We done 3 months in Europe and did not put up with any of this crap. Shame on you Accorr and Ibis/ Novotel. You should be ashamed to treat anyone like this. Mark Chamley

Comfortable and convenient

Great airport hotel. Spent a comfortable 1 night here. Conveniently placed next to terminal 4 but accessible to all terminals. Facilities are fuss free and fit for purpose. Staff at desk were nice and friendly.
