I used the automated check-in but then I needed help to know where to park. There was one person on reception who wasn't very helpful and could have provided me with much better directions to the car park and how the ticket system worked. As a result of her not explaining the car parking system to me, I ended up paying the full price on my first day because I didn't know to get my ticket validated at receiption before leaving. The restaurant staff were lovely but the food was average at best and they had issues splitting our bill which left us waiting for around 20 minutes.

I stayed here the night before my flight the next day. It was very conveniently located near the airport. It was next to the Novotel. The room was very clean. It was a little small to open my large suitcase, but it was no problem.

Overall stay was excellent with good modern clean facilities. Our only comment is that it would be helpful to have additional/better signage to help when walking to the hotel from the nearby terminals 3 or 4.

We went to our room and found a Queen bed. We payed for a king bed. The woman at the front desk told us that the bed in our room was a king sized bed!!!! We insisted on a king bed and finally got the king we had already paid for. We like to go home with clean clothes. Surprised we found on Landry room. They want 15 dollars to use the exercise room or the pool!!!! Imagine the cost for a family of 4 or 5?? Don’t lie about king size beds. Have laundry facilities for travellers especially at the airport. Don’t charge your customers for the pool or the exercise room. IF You Don’t take care of your customers someone else will!!!!

Smooth check in, lovely room, however no face cloths with which to shower and clean up after a long sweaty day, this is a deal breaker, first time ever that it’s happened to me and not something that should happen at a hotel that charges these prices!!!
