Had a wonderful time at Lanson Place. On arrival found that we had been upgraded to a small one-bedroom apartment without us even asking (we had stayed here a few times before) and the room was just marvellous! Great design and ambiance, good layout. The staff goes above and beyond and we were very happy with all the amenities - gym, pool and hot tub are all very welcoming places. Highly recommend.

Gorgeous but a little tight in the living area.

Wanted to be close to the CBD, but not in it. This place is awesome. Great location, very walkable, spectacular views and incredibly friendly/helpful staff. We had to extend our stay twice and the staff were amazing at updating so we didn't have to change rooms. There was a slight glitch with keys, but the staff sorted it out quickly. No parking but there is a public carpark by the back door that the hotel valudates so you pay no more than $45 a night.

Best Hotel We Have Ever Stayed In!

This was the most fantastic hotel I have stayed at in my four visits to Australia. This was my wife's first visit, and she said whoever we know that visits Melbourne, we will recommend the Lanson Place Parliament Gardens with the highest of praise. We came from the States to go to the Australian Open. We walked every where, including to Melboure Park. It is the perfect location and the perfect stay! We will definitely be back; this will be our hotel of choice! The staff was a model of professionalism and grace and helped without being asked. We felt like Royalty. Wow!

Very welcoming in a beautiful location

The hotel is really welcoming from the first step through the doors, with great service and an amazing location. The rooms were comfortable, modern and clean with a very comfy bed and great appliances and complimentary toiletries.
