Welcome to our resort style haven in a grand fully restored historical building that is a fine reminder of Victorian Gold Rush Era grandeur. The apartment itself is spacious for max 3 people and has an indoor pool, outdoor bbq area, sauna and gym on site. We have 2 bedrooms, a spacious living kitchen and dining area and TV in master and living area.
Our kitchen is fully equipped along with internal laundry (washer + dryer) available on site inside the apartment along with a private car park.

The Space:
Centrally located, 5 min walk to Crown casino, exhibition building, d.f.o. shops, Southern Cross Station, South bank, Etihad Stadium. The Free CBD Tram are available at your doorstep and an array of international boutiques, plus easy access to an endless choice of restaurants, cafes and entertainment are in the area.

With a private car park available for you and situated in a grand historic building, you will have everything you need for a pleasant stay in Melbourne.

Great accomodation for location, access to public transport, hotel pool, gym, restaurant! Only criticism would be no air conditioner and very difficult to open windows to allow air flow.. fans in bedroom but remote flat ..with such high ceilings had difficulty reaching to turn on.. one remote for two tvs..bathroom shower needs treatment.. very poor flow.. communication with owner very prompt and courteous..not sure if would stay again

Amazing location and very lovely apartment :)

Absolutely loved staying here, really enjoyed having a washer and dryer in the apartment as we went swimming in the pool a few times, so it was very convenient. Also is super close to two convenience stores which was perfect for late night snacks! Only a few minor issues which we easily ignored and did not affect our stay much at all (I believe the cleaner that cleaned before we arrived missed some spots in the bathroom, the fan in the bathroom didn’t work and we couldn’t find a microwave in the kitchen). Overall, I still definitely rate it 5 stars. Communication with the owner was amazing as well, one of the best experiences I’ve had staying in an apartment type accommodation. Would stay here again!

Loved the location and the fact it was in such an amazing building. Easy access to everything and only 5 minute walk from Southern Cross station. Beds were comfortable and dining furniture and lounge were gorgeous. Had everything we needed for our stay.

A great place to stay for a weekend of football & family

I couldn't really fault this property. In a beautiful heritage building, it was an ideal location for us to walk/tram to footy at Marvel/MCG. It also came with a car park which enabled us to get out to the suburbs in our hire car to visit family. Clean and spacious
