The hotel was safe to stay and the services provided was just enought to go with. I loved the staff at the reception area, and the cleaners were professional.

it was said there will be WIFI, after calling service desk in receptions i got the passwords, logged in once, within 10 mts that went off, left with no wifi connection till I checked out, also i tried using iron full of dirt i had to clean it before ironing my cloth, no tooth paste or brush, but yes plenty of small bottles of shampoo and conditioner . .

Bed was terrible, curtains were ripped, only one staff member serving both the bar and kitchen. Food was lacking in both quality and quantity overall the only thing the Monash done well was charge!! Wouldn’t go back
