The room was fabulous - lots of available spacae, clean and tidy, and had everything we needed. Reception was polite and really helpful. Overall we had a great stay.
The only downside is the parking situation - particularly when departing as there are minimal spaces near the hotel to make things easy and just "pop in" to drop the key off. You need to park in the (underground) IGA parking which is a bit of a pain. The same goes when arriving - park in IGA parking then go for a walk to the hotel reception. I also found parking during the stay a nightmare - it took us 35 minutes to find our designated carpark as the paint with the number had rubbed off! Impossible to see and VERY frustrating.
Also be warned - there is no signage for the Oaks as the hotel is in the midst of changing name. It was confusing and again, took 15 minutes to figure out where I needed to go for the hotel entry.
I would still recommend staying here as the rooms and staff are fabulous!
