My stay at Oakwood exceeded expectations. The hotel’s location near the Melbourne Convention Centre was ideal, and the team were consistently friendly and helpful. The condition of both the hotel and my room was very modern, clean, and very comfortable. It was also a bonus to have a superette conveniently located within the hotel. At times the Wi-Fi connection was patchy and I wasn’t made aware of their pickup airport transfer service at the time of booking (which would have been handy).

Our stay with Oakwood was very nice, the only very disappointing issue was that we booked through Expedia and they advertised it as $282.83 and i approved the payment via apple pay, But $465.65 went through my account, So disappointing, at first they said it is only pending and only the $282.83 will be deducted, then the $465.65 went through ...... on going issue

Hotel is really clean and new and great service, on 38th floor, I just think they need to have a parking available for guest… I find it difficult to accept building so high doesn’t have parking space.
