Sit back and enjoy the 360 degree dazzling views of the bay, ocean, dunes and district from the decks of this relaxed beach side retreat located within walking distance to Number Sixteen general store and the track leading to the ocean beach and rock pools.
Quietly tucked away at the end of a no-through road and built on an large elevated ti-tree block, this 2 level beach house offers separate zoned accommodation of 3 bedrooms (3rd bedroom and bathroom on lower level with external access only) and 2 bathrooms.
The upper level offers a light filled and comfortable open plan living, dining and kitchen (Butler's Pantry/store), which accesses both north and south facing decks for outdoor entertaining or to just recline and watch and ships and yachts pass by.
A king size bedroom with stunning bay views is also on this level together with a second bedroom, updated bathroom and powder room.
Downstairs, via a separate entry, offers a great bunk room, bathroom/laundry combined, plus outdoor patio and shower.
Additionally there is a gas log fire, overhead fans, hardwood floors, heating and cooling, fully fenced yard, Coffee machine and WiFi.

Overall good location and view wise

Property is okay. We found 2nd and 3rd bedrooms very small. Photos gave different impression. Property had broken window shutter which separates bathroom and toilet. It was bit problematic when you are travelling with friends.
