We had to make changes to our plans at short notice meaning extending our stay unexpectedly. The staff were excellent accommodating the change so that we could keep our existing room etc with minimal disruption. Everyone was friendly and helpful throughout.

We had room 224 it had shared access with room 223. We could hear doors banging loudly throughout night & loud noisy sounds from appliances throughout night. On top the bathroom had a glass window with no blinds & a glass sliding door that opens into bedroom through which light from street lights & adjacent buildings entered the room all night & a long window over the beds had only a roller blind which didn’t cover the whole window & made the room well lit. It was so hard to sleep with light & noise entering room from all around.

I booked last minute and was able to get a room on the 2nd floor with a balcony. Staff were very helpful, friendly and a 24hr front desk was great, plus a free coffee machine at reception. Bed was soooo comfortable! Loved it

Lovely quiet stay in a great room

We stayed here for one night and found it to be overall excellent in every detail, from check-in to the condition of the room. Expect a comfortable bed, a quiet room with a pleasant outlook, a prisitine bathroom and a whisper-quiet aircon. Friendly staff on reception and check-in was quick. Free parking, and right next door to a hotel for drinks/dinner. Would definitely stay again.
