This cozy retreat features a fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, TV, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Step outside to enjoy your own private backyard—perfect for kids to play while you relax. (Please note: linen and towels are not provided but can be arranged for an additional cost.)
The Peninsula Hot Springs is a short 5 min drive from the house.
This cozy holiday house is prefect for a getaway offering space for the whole family.

There is a fantastic cafe a short walk from the house - the hidden kitchen. Definitely worth stopping into for coffee or a delish snack.

No normal utilities e.g can opener, tongs, pegs, mop
Came home one day early! Very disappointing. Would not recommend for the money we paid. !!!

Perfect place for what we needed
My friends and I stayed at Charlotte’s property in Rye for 4 nights and it was perfect for what we needed it to be! Whilst there were a few dead flies on the floor and spiders/webs lurking around outside near the bins, the facilities were great and it suited its purposes: to house all of us! Charlotte was a great host and was extremely understanding and easy to contact when we needed hear :)
