No shops nearby but not far from the Smith Street area. Also trams nearby. I wouldn't really call this a hotel, more like a glorified hostel. The room was good but that is all I can say about the place. It is not staffed most of the time. Luckily there was someone at reception when I got there as a solo female traveller. There are no other facilities what so ever, no downstairs seating area or anything. Noisy at night and I could smell smoking from somewhere!

Clean room, welcoming staff and nearby to venues and public transport. Only issue was Executive King Suite bathroom pictures is only in 1 room. Bathroom provided was same as general room, which I would have instead booked had I known. Otherwise perfect stay.

Love staying here !! Definately the place to be whilst in melbourne. High level of service and the overall quality of the stay from the room to the cafe downstairs is just great. After hours check in for people who are arriving late and they are flexible in case you need to extend or a specific of your stay changes. Couldnt recommend more

I have stayed here a few times now. The rooms are clean and the view out the window (East) has a beautiful charm. Shower is lovely. Close to IGA shop. My toy Cavoodle also enjoyed his stay! Will be back again soon!!
