Only 600m walk to Cameron's bight beach and 1km to Kooyna Ocean Beach, with Kooyna general store just around the corner. Offering a large lounge with woodfire heater, dining and additional play area which connects to a huge undercover deck with seating and bbq facilities. Fun filled grassed area with trampoline at the front of the house and a quiet fire pit area at the rear.
