Had trouble locking front door. Communication from host and vrbo took over 5 hours. Garage was tiny and too small for my car. No mention made of restrictions to street parking and no available parking permit. Parking without restrictions was in another street. Unsafe to stay so bc i hadn’t received a response from host by 7:45pm I left. At 8:40pm the host said you will not get a refund. Being disputed now via vrbo guarantee and credit card dispute process. DO NOT RECOMMEND
