Overall I had a wonderful stay here. The hotel itself felt very relaxed and comfortable and the staff were all very warm and helpful in our interactions. The room was spacious with one of the best beds & especially great pillows I've ever experienced in a hotel. The bathroom shower was great but just my personal suggestion that perhaps a handle on the shower partition wall for safety would good as there's no separation and the whole floor could get wet and slippery. Small issue though, the provided floormats were helpful in this regard, very considerate! The neighborhood was very peaceful and convenient, with a big Coles down the street (5mins) with a variety of good grab & go / sit down dining options. The tram also stops directly outside , and you'll be able to see the hotel signage clearly which was super helpful for us as tourists! Definitely would recommend to couples/ small families for a fuss free and relaxing stay.

The restaurant at the property and one of the young manager at front desk went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. This hotel is fantastic and is closeby to the MCG and the tram service is right in front. Will definitely stay there again. I wish the restaurant had longer hours in the evenings!!!
